The purpose of this policy is to regulate the operation of the Foundation’s internal information system provided for in Article 5 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
The internal information system includes the ethical or reporting channel, which is a tool through which members of the Foundation’s governing body, managers, workers, interns, etc. (the informants) can inform the Foundation of the commission of criminal actions or violations of which they have knowledge.
