The executive team of the Pau Costa Foundation, with the support of its Board of Trustees and Advisory Council, undertook the mission of drafting the first Strategic Plan of the Pau Costa Foundation (2023-2025) <\/strong>throughout 2022. <\/strong>This process, developed together with partners and collaborators, has made it possible to identify areas of opportunity, key challenges and priorities for action<\/strong>, as well as the main lessons learned<\/strong><\/strong> after more than 10 years of activity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The approved Plan for the next three years is a means to strengthen the engagement and bonding of collaborators, partners and workers; to facilitate decision-making and improve transparency towards the wildfire community, and to increase the generation of environmental and social impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifically, the Strategic Plan 2023-25, within the framework of the basic principles and pillars that govern the activity of the Foundation and its foundational purposes, includes the seven key lines of commitment of the PCF, and the strategic challenges framed in the following areas: knowledge network, training, technical advice and transparency, social base and community, and, finally, the Foundation as a social reference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
