The objective is to give visibility to our member&#8217;s personal and professional experiences in the world of forest fires.<\/p>\n<p>In this space, PCF members share their experiences and knowledge on any topic related to wildfires. These are interviews of between 30 and 40 minutes that we record and make available in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLg9vWkdCUr2llanETvDH2piS671qfHb95\">Caff\u00e8 Sospeso playlist<\/a> on YouTube. In the future, we hope soon, they will be available in podcast format.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in participating in one of the Caff\u00e8 Sospeso interviews, send us <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/em6r6nWSzcE225yp8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">this form <\/a>and we will contact you to set up the interview. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The concept<\/h2>\n<p>Caff\u00e8 Sospeso would translate as &#8216;pending coffee&#8217; in English. It is a courtesy practice that had its origins in Naples, Italy. The idea is to chain coffee drinks. Consumers pay for their coffee and leave one or several more coffees paid as &#8220;pending&#8221; for those who cannot afford it.<\/p>\n<p>In our Caff\u00e8 Sospeso, we originally left the next coffee pending, naming the person who would participate in the next interview.
