Exposure Play amb foc, organized and produced between the Rural Life Museum Carulla Foundation and the Pau Costa Foundation aims to challenge the visitor and reflect on the current management of forests and rural areas. The aim is to delve into the ecology of fire, generate knowledge about forest fires and reflect on climate change and the sustainability of the current relationship between fire and people.
The activities that appear in the Table will be carried out thanks to the help of the Department of Territory and Sustainability of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Four performances in the Zer de la Conca de Barberà made up of four different schools. The workshops have the participation of a local shepherd (Pere el pastor de Vimbodí i Poblet) who will be in charge of explaining his trade in first person. Likewise, their experience will be recorded by video in order to spread their valuable message in schools that cannot go to Conca de Barberà like other schools in Catalonia. We also have volunteers from the ADF in the area, who explain what the forest fire prevention tasks consist of.
