About me
Doctorate in Environmental Sciences from the University College Dublin, Ireland (2016), Master in Biology from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2011) and Degree in Geography from the University of Barcelona (2010).
In 2016 he joined the Foundation team and works in the R + D + i area where he participates in several initiatives to better connect the operating world with science. Since 2019 he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Fire Ecology.

Education & Awards
PhD in Environmental Sciences at University College Dublin, Ireland 2012-2016. Master in Biology at the University of Santiago de Compostela 2010-2011 and Bachelor of Geography at the University of Barcelona 2006-2010. After graduating, Núria worked in Geographic Information Systems and spatial modeling in the private sector. However, the main interests have always been the investigation of fire ecology, fire dynamics and the effects of fire on ecosystems. Doctoral thesis with the title: "The role of moisture content in the horizontal propagation of peat fires". He currently works in the international programs area of the institution.
