Members often receive opportunities with adequate academic and professional value to enrich the formation of the forest fire community. Likewise, in the event of fire episodes that require a quick action to donate the necessary material, the Foundation responds as a link between the donor companies and their recipients. In this way, it is possible to improve the security conditions of the emergency services, and as a consequence provide effective aid to the civilian population.
Specifically, we have been able to help Portugal, the Gambia, Guatemala, Senegal and Colombia.
This line of action also includes other issues such as diversity and gender in the field of emergencies, which today continue to be stigmatized in the academic and professional fields of forest fires.
The Pau Costa Foundation contributes positively to my work as a Rural Agent, through its research and experience..
The Foundation allows me to spread my knowledge without having to measure my words.
The Foundation is an open door to the world of fire ecology. Through this door must pass all who face it.
